Wow. So today I went to a spa (Chateau Elan to be specific) with my
good friend Abigail and had a most lovely time. I had never had a
professional massage before and my Lord was it great. I think I’m
hooked. And then a facial. Sooooo nice. But, of course, the best part
was *drum roll* the resistance pool! Oh yes indeed….goodtimes were
had by all. Afterwards a little pizza and Family Guy…..all adds up to
enough to make this gal’s weekend quite a success.

Plans for the week are in the works: a little visit to the old high
school, movies, dance parties, bar-hopping . . . or . . . most likely
just the first two. Drama drama… oh but I do so enjoy spending time
with friends. As much company as a good book or a paintbrush and canvas
can be, a little human socializing is a grand spirit-lifter as well.
