The play went pretty well yesterday. Have it again today at 2pm. Not to mention an Art History exam at 8am tomorrow morning that I am not quite prepared for. Religion journals still to turn in. Ballet exam and photography review on Tuesday. I’m hardly packed–and I have to get absolutely everything out of this room.
I fell asleep last night with the lights on and I hadn’t even changed out of what I was wearing during the day. And it was only 10:30. I don’t think I’m exhausted, really, I just like to sleep and it seemed a much better option than staying up to study or, worse, going out. Needless to say, I awoke this morning much refreshed . . . at least until I realized exactly what I have to finish before I’m free to enjoy the end of the school year. It’s almost here. Just a play, two exams, sculpture casting, photography review, and packing to finish!
By the way, I am not complaining. Life is good.
i thank You God for most this amazing
day:for the leaping greenly spirits of trees
and a blue true dream of sky;and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes
(i who have died am alive again today,
and this is the sun's birthday;this is the birth
day of life and of love and wings:and of the gay
great happening illimitably earth)
how should tasting touching hearing seeing
breathing any--lifted from the no
of allnothing--human merely being
doubt unimaginable You?

now the eyes of my eyes are opened
