Good morning ![]()
Well this week has come and gone fairly quickly.
Yes, it is indeed Greek Week and, as of last night, we (the Kappas) are
in the lead (woohoo!!). Hopefully it will stay that way.
Classes
are going pretty well, also, now that I don’t have any more papers due
for a while. At least now I can work on them pretty regularly without
having to stress too much. Latin translation is getting in the way
though. Especially since NONE of it is going to be on the exam. The
whole thing is going to be readings we’ve never seen before.
That being said, I’m actually considering not
attending class today, the reason being that I’m due for a training
session for my second job next year (working for Diana Kies in the
Theatre/Art/Music department) and I’ve had no time to translate today’s
passage. Which means I’ll just have to do it this afternoon between
lunch and choir……it’s the price we pay, eh? I AM busy but I’m
beginning to feel like I can handle it a little more. If not that I’m
more organized, at least that there are only two weeks of classes left
and whether I like it or not I HAVE to get moving on some things. ![]()
Still enjoying the beautiful spring here. The weather flip-flops
between beautiful/hot/sunny and beautiful/wet/cloudy—and that’s ok
with me. As they say, the rain only makes you appreciate the sun even
more. Hope everyone has a good Friday!
Love from me.

Be extra careful during the tug-a-war. Your aunt tore her ACL pulling for the Kappas in 1983!
Thanks for the musical wish!
