Time goes so quickly when you always have things to do. It’s a
neverending cycle of work and play. Still trying to get the work part
perfected, but I certainly have the play down to a fine art.
Speaking of which, I’m so excited about going home with my roomie this
weekend! We’re going to visit some of her friends and actually cheer on
the Chargers at Grand Valley. Away games are never quite as much fun,
but I’m sure someone will
appreciate out presence, right? I really love watching football games,
especially when I know people on the team. It just makes things even
more interesting. The only bummer for the long weekend (it’s fall
break, so classes will be out till Wednesday) is that I have both of my
midterms for Western Heritage and Fresh. Rhet next week. One of
Wednesday, the other on Friday. So I’ll have to do some
studying…..work before play? Maybe, maybe not. Probably not.
  But it’s still just Wednesday, so I have plenty of time to
anticipate. It’s a beautiful day outside–clear blue skies and the
leaves are just beginning to turn. I’ve never seen such clean autumn
colours! It is beginning to get rather chilly, though, and my
Georgia-ness is not quite used to it yet. Still need more sweaters!
