Well I just finished watching the final (and in my opinion the best) of
the Star Wars movies: Return of the Jedi. And what to my wondering eyes
did appear but….Hadyn Christenson at the end of the film! I
mean, I was just sittin there enjoying the little ewoks and their
dancing and singing and then there’s Ben Kenobi and Yoda and…what?!?!
the worst actor in the world?!?! It was my younger sister who clued me
into the fact that after the newer Star Wars movies came out, they
interposed the image of this Christenson fellow into the last scene of the old movie so
that everything would tie together. I wasn’t outraged or anything, in
fact it kinda pulled all the movies together nicely, BUT…I must admit
I was a little surprised. And that’s about it.
Sunday afternoons are ever so nice.

i just watched Return of the Jedi the other day! It’s my favorite too! I haven’t seen it with Hayden in it though. interesting.

You are correct; it’s most disturbing to see H. Christenson’s wanna-be actor visage in the closing moments. On the flip side, though, Lucas added a TON of space battle sequences to the film, so I guess not every change he makes is bad. 🙂

Okay, so I know that right now Hayden Christensen is quite possibly the most hated actor in America, and granted, he’s not, ah, overly talented in that area, BUT…I think there is one very key quality that the public is missing. He’s freakin hot, okay? I know this doesn’t make it okay, but it’s true all the same. Even with the rat tail and the weird robe… I don’t mind looking at him, that’s all.
