I went to Jo-Ann Fabrics and found 2 bolts of flannel fabric that I liked. I could seriously spend hours looking at and feeling all the fabric in that store!
I was bummed to find out that one bolt was just short of 2 yards and the other one wasn’t quite 2.5 yards. I thought I would give it a try anyway since I made a special trip to the store and had a coupon that was about to expire. I had a 40% off coupon making each yard around $5.50.*if you want a fuller look, I’d get 2.5 yards.*

And just like that, you’ve made a darling blanket scarf!
What I loved about this project was that it was super easy and that I could complete it in a short period of time. I even frayed the scarf while watching a movie with my hubby!
